1.开头打招呼，比如，
Good morning! It is really my honor to havethis opportunity for an interview, and I hope I can make a good performancetoday.
早上好，非常荣幸有这个应聘的机会，期望我今天的表现能让大伙认可。
2.交代基本状况，如年龄、故乡和学历。比如，
I’mzhangming and I am 26 years old. Icome fromBeijing, and I have just got my master degree from XXX University. Ihave been studying psychology for 6 years and I think it is fun.
我叫张明，今天26岁。我来自北京，刚从XXX大学获得硕士学位。我学习心理学已经有六个年头，我感觉很有意思。
3.交代自己点性格特征点和业余喜好。比如，
I am open-minded, quick in thought and fondof history. In my spare time, I have broad interests like reading books,especially books related to historical events.
我的性格特点非常开朗，反应灵敏，并且喜欢历史。在空闲时间，我有很多喜好，譬如念书，特别是有关于历史事件的书本。
4.主动介绍一下我们的长处，提高应聘官对你的印象。比如，
I feel that my strongest asset is myability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense ofaccomplishment when I finish a job that turns out just as I’d planned. I’ve setsome high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highestdistinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up forit by doing an honor’s thesis.
我觉得我最大的优点是可以执着地尽力把事情办好。当做完一件工作而其成就又正合我的预想时，我会有一种真的的收获感。我给自己定了一些高目的。譬如说，我要成为出色的毕业生。尽管在大学小学一年级时我启动慢了些，但最后我以优等论文完成了学业。
5.介绍我们的能力，比如
I am proficient in the operation of a widevariety of photographic,video,and audio equipment.I am regularly responsiblefor processing,duplicating,and setting up slide presentations,as well assynchronized slide and audio presentations.
我精通各种摄影、视频和音频设施的操作。我按期负责处置、复制和设置幻灯片演示，与同步幻灯片和音频演示。
